While we will do our best to notify you if a crew becomes unavailable due to emergency calls, sometimes we cannot always do that. If no one is present at the confirmed time of your tour you are welcome to wait outside the station a few moments for the crew to return or we can get your tour rescheduled as soon as possible. 

If you choose to wait please give the returning crew a few moments to secure all trucks and gear before entering the station.
